- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by asking about their event details (theme, colors, date, location, and vision). From there, I provide design options and package recommendations that fit their needs and budget. Once we finalize the design, I collect a deposit to secure the booking, then handle all setup and takedown so they can simply enjoy their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught balloon artist who has spent countless hours practicing, researching design techniques, and perfecting my craft through hands-on experience. I also stay updated on current balloon trends and styles to bring fresh, creative ideas to each project.
