This was the best customer service experience Ive had in a long time. The technician that came to my home, Hunter, was very friendly and professional! Also super kind to my kids. Just for context, I had four different small plumbing jobs around my house that needed attention and this was the third company I contacted. First, I called a company called Schrader Plumbing. They were okay. Be wary of them. Theyre not very client-focusedthey even hesitated to do one simple job, telling me I could do it myself, even though they wanted almost $400 for it. Their excuse was to save me some money. I still ended up paying them almost $800 for the two other jobs I needed. Ugh frustrating. Then I called Baker Brothers but that wasnt any better. The technician was kind of loud, a bit pushy, and not very personable. He also was pushing me to get something else repaired that I wasnt too familiar with and when I asked questions about it, he got defensive Honestly, I didnt feel too comfortable having him in my home. Then I called Leak Wranglers. They were on another level. The technician, Hunter, answered all my questions, was super transparent, honest, and the pricing was really fair. This is my go-to plumbing company now, and I wish I had gone to them first!! If youre in North Richland Hills and need a plumber, just call these guys. They do honest work. Thank you again Hunter! Absolute top-notch service! Thomas Drahos was prompt, professional, and clearly explained the repair options. He repair, upgraded and added so much beauty in many areas of our home, with incredible attention to detail. He kept the workspace clean, was very respectful of my home, and finished at a fair price.
