From the moment we first met AJ we felt so taken care of. She has a warmth and kindness to her that is so wonderful. Also a passion for what she does. She went above and beyond for us: creating a smore station, chocolate chip cookie tower and had her team help pass out champagne. Amazing!

We used A&T catering for a highly-styled baby shower for about 30 people. We sent her photos of what we wanted (some were just concepts at the time), and they came up with 10 beautiful, creative displays of DELICIOUS appetizers and finger foods! Highly recommend AJ - she was professional, friendly, and just wanted to make us happy...and she absolutely delivered. We will certainly be using her again. Thank you, Chef AJ!

The staff was very quick and and behind the scenes. Honestly, I never knew they were there because they were so quick. Being the groom I didn't get much if a chance to eat but what I tasted was great and everyone was very complimenting of the food. I would definitely hire Mrs AJ again.

I booked them for a corporate event. They made sure to be on time and the food was amazing. Everyone kept commenting how flavorful it was. Will be using them again!

The food we ordered was great and everyone complimented the flavoring! She not only delivered the food and just dropped it off as we agreed upon. Chef AJ also helped my sister set up and get the pans started warming up. We had looked for other caterers that would just supply what we needed and not want to add on sides and things that we did not need. She responded with a good price quote and a list of only what we needed! I would recommend her to anyone needing no hassle catering at a good price!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started after so me encouraging words fro m my daughter's. After getting laid off. I had catered a few events for some friends and family and after I went to school for some formal training. I made the decision to start my own catering company.
