- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer custom and pre-designed wedding packages that include everything from tables and seating to linens, stemware and china. All wedding package menus include cocktail hour appetizers, dinner entrees, side dishes and desserts, tailored just for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We also have the ability to secure your booking for your date before the tasting, if you want to decide on your menu nearer the date of your wedding or event. After gaining an understanding of what the client wants, we plan for the tasting. After a menu is chosen we review all the other information and details so that we can provide the client with exact pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of people with dozens of years of experience in each area. Our servers, chefs, and coordinators all have extensive knowledge and understanding; which allows us to more easily to meet, then exceed your expectations! I am a licensed Food Handler Manager in the State of Texas. We are a fully licensed and permit catering operation and carry a million dollar liability policy to protect our partners and clients.
