Alan and his team did a great job on our baseboard installation. He was on time every day and kept a very clean work space. He goes above and beyond when it comes to attention to detail and cleaning up post construction which is a service a lot of contractors are lacking. Will use again and highly recommend

Alan does very good work. My only issue is that I was quoted $450 over pictures, and he arrived and said the pictures were cropped. Which they weren't. He said it'll take way more time than he expected, and we then added a few more cracks in a couple more areas. He said he now needed 1.5-2 days to complete the work. So we agreed on $1,100. He finished in a long 10 hour day. I'm good with that, just don't like that the price went up another $650 on the premise it was going to take 1.5-2 days of work.

I'm sorry you feel I ripped you off jimmy. But a lot of factors changed from my initial quote. Not to mention you also told me I wouldn't need scaffolding to do the repairs. I offered to reimburse your deposit and you could have gotten other quotes and turned down my quote. Instead you insisted I stay and rig up a platform so I could get your home repairs done. We did although it was not safe at all. I did everything I could to try to get your home repairs taken care of as efficiently as we could without jeopardizing the quality of the work. I also did a few more cracks then I initially quoted thinking I'd be earning a good review as I have with previous customers and instead I am accused of pricing unfairly. This is how I feed my family my intention would never be to rip a customer off in any way. I am sorry you felt that way. I really appreciate your business and I wish you and your family the best moving forward with the rest of your home improvement and repairs.
