We are thankful that they came out and got the job done! We had a cooktop to install and the first electrician connected the wires, told us our cooktop doesn’t work, and charged us a $300 service fee when it is advertised online as $0. He was there for approximately 25 minutes. I called Paul and he sent another electrician out and ultimately was able to get the cooktop working! We appreciate the customer service and Paul helping us get it right! We were also waiting on a quote for two separate items that we haven’t received yet.

Contacted through Thumbtack for a quote based on a previous job they did in our home. My quote request was fairly late on a Saturday night yet they responded very quickly. Price was reasonable considering we have a 15 ft ceiling where we needed the ceiling fan installed. The tech did arrive without the correct size ladder as he said he was not told the ceiling height and he was sent alone for what is really a two man job so had to assist a little bit. Didn’t mind though and price was about what it would’ve cost to purchase a ladder that we’d never need again. Job was performed well and we’re very happy. Would do business again.

I used an electrical for 20 years who retired, and I thought I would never find another company as great and nice as he was. But I did – HR Phoenix was fantastic. Great, super nice staff, fast and did quality work. A liiiiiitle pricey, but what isn't these days. I highly recommend them.

Michael did a great job, responsive, complete, and expedient. Initial hourly cost was a little high but they were up front about it. Rates dropped in second hour. Would definitely use HR Phoenix for other specialty or urgent electrical work. We contacted them Friday afternoon and received a quick call back. Technician came Saturday morning.
