- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees for Property Management Services are due upon execution of lease. Fees for labor and materials for Handyman Services are due upon completion of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Property Management Services - the Emoji Team meets with the Landlord, reviews comparable rents of nearby rentals, inspects the rental property, negotiates and finalizes property management services with the landlord, screens tenants, and brings the landlord an executed lease with payments for the deposit and lease, paid in full. Handyman Services - the Emoji Team will bid the job for the materials and labor to complete the task at hand. Once the customer commits to the initial bid, the Emoji Team will commence work. Upon completion of work, payment is expected via Cash/CashApp/Venmo (i.e. Net in 0). All Team Members are medically exempt from wearing any type of masks and/or facial coverings. If you require masks be worn on the premises, please contact another professional to meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Emoji Team members have deceased of years / experience in property management. All Emoji Team members have years / decades of experience in the remodel/renovation of single family homes. All Emoji Team members are licensed in their respected trades - Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing.
