Tonio was a very nice guy and very punctual.
New door threshold has no support. It now bows if you step on it. This didn't happen with the door that was replaced. Lockset was installed crooked. Door was scratched by lockset install. New door trim doesn't stick out as much as the old door trim so there is lots of rough siding now exposed. Caulk was left on the newly installed door. Caulking of trim was very sloppy.
Honestly, I think I may have to hire another contractor to re-do this install and fix the threshold issue.

Tonio suggested an earlier time which worked out well. My door handle would not open from one side. About 5 years ago, the door installer said that the handle was defective. Tonio discovered that the handle was fine, but was misaligned when put in by the door manufacturer (it was custom). Tonio fixed that. We finally have a working door handle and lock after struggling with it for years. Wish we did it sooner. Tonio has a professional and personable demeanor. Nice, clean van too. Highly recommend.
