Did not stand behind his work. Unprofessional. Installed a new garage door and we experienced problems with it 30 minutes after he left. Refused to return to address the problem unless we paid an additional $75 service fee. Refused to answer or return phone calls. Charged my credit card more than the signed invoice amount.

Patrick is very detailed and will give you his honest opinion. He understands all facets of garage doors: the springs, rails, rollers, motor, remotes, the door, etc. He's a great communicator and returns phone calls and emails promptly. I highly recommend him.
