Francis O. says, "I contracted this company for a microwave repair. My microwave wasn't getting hot. Andrew came over and said it was the megatrone that needs to be replaced. He had a spare in the car and could get it fixed immediately. 20 mins later it was done and the microwave was turning on and getting hot, perfect. Less than 24hrs later the microwave went dead, almost like a circuit trip but it wasn't the circuit because it will come back on by ltself about 10 mins later but this time it wasn't heating. I immediately reached out and he came out the next morning. Claimed he didn't tighten something on well during the fix but he was able to identify the problem and fix it, so it should be good moving on. it's been a week and I'm still having the same ongoing problems daily. I have messaged and called no answer. He stopped replying. UPDATE: I was contacted by Vlad who asked to stop by with his team and review the appliance in question. They meticulously took it apart and after several minutes is troubleshooting they were able to spot that the problem was with the manufacturer of the replaced megatrone. They changed it out for a new megatrone (different maker) and so far, everything has been working as expected. Thanks Vlad and team for your personalism."See more
