Family owned and operated At Denali CS, it all starts with family – literally. Denali CS is owned and operated by Michelle and her mother, Vickey. As a young girl, Michelle used to ride around with her father, Ron, as he repaired HVAC systems. Sometimes, she would spend the entire weekend in Ron’s service truck as she shadowed him. She fondly remembers Ron once telling Vickey that they spent the day on the roof of a fifty-story building in Tulsa. At some point, Vickey finally grew tired of being left out of the family fun and went into the business, which eventually resulted in the forming of Denali CS. Michelle attempted to pursue other avenues of a livelihood, but her heart wanted something else. Thus, as it was always meant to be, she joined Denali CS and is currently the President of the company. Even after fifty years of marriage, Ron and Vickey drive into work together every day where they look forward to being “bossed” around by Michelle. Some would say that nothing has changed since Michelle was a little girl fixing air conditioners with Ron. Now and then, she was the boss. Denali CS’s success stems from it incorporating the values of a family into its business and treating its customers as if they are part of the family. Rodney Doggett says, "My 5 stars is for a few reasons. The main reason is for outstanding customer service and the other for passion. I have a home that requires two units, of which the main unit was not cooling properly. Prior to calling Homestead, I had two other HVAC companies come perform inspections. This was very recent maybe July 2 or 3rd. The first, was a company that I had been using to perform services semi annually. They stated I needed a new system and it would be too much work to find the cooling system leak it would be better to buy a new unit. Therefore I called a 2nd company to perform a service which I googled that showed at the top of the search and was told the same thing after I told them what was stated by the other company and they didnt even perform any inspections but charged me a fee! The next day when I googled best HVAC companies in my area Home stead populated in the top5. I appreciated how quickly they responded within 5 minutes or less and was able to get someone the same day. All other companies lead with an inspection fee, this company didnt. So I learned my lesson, I didnt give the technician any of the information that I gave to the other technicians the day before. Jeff meet with me and stated that he would perform a test and let me know what the next steps would be. He diagnosed the problem which none of the others did, they just jumped to new AC. Every one else was quoting 12k+ without other options first. I dont remember all of the interaction however I remember he was working pretty much with one hand. I asked him how he hurt his hand and he stated he was washing wine glasses for his wife. I said well at least you dont have to was dishes for a while , he laughed and said just until hes healed up. The main point Im making is that he was the only one to care enough to do the work to find a solution and if the solution provided didnt work, would I be willing to progress to the next solution! Additionally he ask if we wanted a window unit to help cool down the house because the installation could take place because of the 4th of July the next day. Absolutely amazing! The cost was only $4,500 however this solution was better than jumping straight to 12k+. If in the future I need a new unit I am going forward with Homestead! Jeff keep up the amazing work!"See more
