After about 6 months of wondering what to do with this bathroom that the insurance company wouldn't cover because the floor was damaged due to water leakage under the bathtub and the tub had overflowed a few times. I had Billy come out and look at it, had someone else come out and look at it, a friend come out and look at it, and the prices varied. After reading some of the reviews, I determined he was honest and would do a good job, especially since my wife is really picky. The job was supposed to be two weeks but it was less. Billy was nice, considerate, and not at all as described in some of the reviews. But I guess all that is just perception. He takes responsibility for his folks coming into the home and wants to make sure his guys do a good job. I've got a lot of work to do on this place and I will hire him again.
