- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive and transparent with our fees and there are discounts for multiple projects. We will give you an invoice/Scope of Work before the project begins so you can see exactly the breakdown and costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a thorough summary of the project and the tasks required. We run through the summary with the customer so we can confirm costs, payment schedule, project start date, estimated completion time, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential and commercial customers, on both small and large projects.
