  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Half-hour (recommended for anything) In-studio $30 per lesson, 1 or 2 $25/lesson for 3 lessons in one family~ $20/lesson for 4 or more in one family In-home* $25/lesson for 4 or more in one household+ At James G Music 35/lesson, paid for in groups of 4 Hour (not recommended except for voice) In-studio $50 per lesson, 1 or 2 $40/lesson for 3 or more in one family In-home $50/lesson for 2 or more in one household+ SPECIAL DEAL! Refer future musicians! If anyone you refer purchases lessons, everyone in your family that is already taking lessons will get one lesson for free. *In-home lessons may result in a surcharge for certain travel times from an eligible lessons location ~A family, in this context, includes only immediate family and adopted children. Extended family is counted separately. +A household, in this context, can include any extended family or friends who choose to take lessons in-home lessons with the residing family. This is recommended if a family is interested in in-home lessons.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The process is simple. You choose the time that works best for you from the available time slots, and we begin with a diagnostic lesson to determine what the student knows and how to proceed. Every student is different and will be taught with an approach that is specific and intentional.
