Ranulfo helped setup my 5.1 surround in-wall/ceiling sound system. I have to be honest, I was a little nervous going with a small company rather than your large home theater company, but I'm extremely satisfied with my decision. They did a great job with my install and quoted me fair and honest prices for the equipment (I price checked them against best buy and Amazon and they were the same or less than those stores). - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I dont,most of my services are set prices, If it is work that I consider misc work, I charge an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I can either communicate with customer via thumbtack or by phone call to get details of work needed or scope of work. For larger jobs, I will even go out for a free estimate and put together a detailed estimate for all work and materials needed.
