I had Benson & Sons out on 2‑17‑26 for gutter and window cleaning, and they were fantastic. The team was professional, quick, and delivered excellent service from start to finish. Everything looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and stress‑free. I highly recommend them.

My windows and screens have not been cleaned in years. There was algae everywhere. The Benson’s were prompt, professional, friendly and lovely to work with. As for the windows, they are sparkley clean and all the algae is gone. I would recommend using this company and actually I have! Very reasonably priced as well!

The Benson Brothers were nice enough young men, but unfortunately, I can’t in good conscience give them a positive review for window cleaning for homes with custom draperies and or plantation shutters. Our home does have these obsticles & there were lots of spots & smudges remaining after they said the job was complete. They told me it was paint spatters & that item was not included in the price quoted & they said it would be three dollars extra per window if I wanted those spots scraped off. I got my own wet paper towel and wiped the spots myself & they easily came right off with very minimal effort. I also noticed that they had not cleaned any of the windowsills inside so they did go back and try to wipe those, however, that was done quickly, with just a dry cloth and the window sills still didn't look very detailed & clean. My custom draperies were left disheveled (pull back sashes left off, hook-backs taken out of the wall and not put back, etc.). Finally many windows were left unlocked that were locked when they started. I was expecting a more thorough, detailed job all around without having to direct them about unfinished details at the end. Again, they seemed to be nice young men, but maybe not much experience with detailed interior residential window cleaning... At the end, they did offer to go back & redo the inside, but by that time, I didn't feel comfortable with their experience level. They might do well enough on homes that don't have window coverings, but if you're wanting a very thorough, detailed job on a home with window coverings, you might want to go with a more specialized vendor.
