I feel great when my customers are satisfied with our service. They are not making us clean for them, but we are delighted to be of service to them. I like to see the transformation of a home when we are done cleaning. Clients are sometimes surprised at how much we sparkle their homes upon completion. We use excellent cleaning supplies that are not toxic and we also use the clients preferred cleaning supplies. That makes then call us time and time again and some sign up for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning schedules. Our clients love us and that's a good sign when you can trust us going to your homes.

Rose and her team were able to come out next day and cleaned my 4bed 4bath 2600sq ft home with excellent attention to detail!! I just had new LVP flooring installed and there was a lot of dust and scuff marks but they were able to clean everything! They were very friendly and on time. I would recommend their services.

I had an apartment move out clean scheduled with a different company for a Sunday afternoon. After that other company failed to show up, I wasn't able to find another made service that was even accepting new service orders on a Sunday afternoon. Since I planned on giving the keys to that place back to the property management at the end of that same day and I had scheduled to the power to be cut off the following day, I didn't have any other chance other than that same Sunday afternoon to get a horribly messy place (i.e. I'm a single guy if you know what I'm saying) in decent enough shape to pass a move out inspection. When Rose with Estate Maids responded to the urgent request for help that I posted on thumbtack, she and her team were a real life saver. They did just an amazing job and got that place spotless. The team that did the work was very nice and didn't give me any kind of a hard time about what a disgusting mess the place was. I would highly recommend Estate Maids to anyone and I definately plan to use them again in the future!

Great Service!! Ms. Miller was very professional and customer-service oriented. She responded to my request immediately, and the cleaning crew was at my house as promised. They were very friendly as well. The office staff (Sylvia) was very helpful handling my request. The cleaning part - Outstanding! The crew left my house just ready for my next visitor, and my oven.........Love it!! I will definitely call them again very soon!! Thank you!!!!

I was exhausted from working full time, moving and trying to clean the place we had been renting. After spending at least four hours packing the loose ends in the kitchen, taking it completely apart and cleaning every nook and cranny (after a full day of work!) I told my husband "enough"!! I'm not cleaning another thing! Luckily I found Estate Maids.
Not only did they tell me they could come the next day, Saturday, but she could also take care of contracting someone to do the carpets!! The team was awesome, did a great job and were very pleasant.
We'll know by about mid-July if we're going to get our deposit back, which is a substantial amount of money. If we do get the bulk of it back, my husband promised each of the team a $50 bonus AND we WILL keep that promise.
Our rental was in Duncanville. I was amazed at the quick response, the ongoing communication and the quality of their work. Without hesitation I highly recommend this company and assure you, you won't be sorry. By the way, their rates are quite reasonable.

A complicated pricing system will always be to the customers favor. We try to compromise and make the customer happy after all. We are the cheapest in the industry in order to attract customers and keep them satisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new customer is assuring them their cleaning will be 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We always start with a deep cleaning and then recurring cleaning at a cheaper rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go on line to learn more about cleaning and the different supplies I can use to make my cleaning better. I learn about the kind of people to hire. I hire leaders, not followers. Whether I'm around with them or not, they are leaders and do the best to make the company name exclusive of other company.
