- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
with pricing, we charge $20.00 per hr. Additional charges ( laundry, refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning and window cleaning). Also offer referral discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we require 24hr for meet up where we go over logistics in regards to the type of service, as well as informing our customers about our company and the type of products we use ( which is clean plant base natural products)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
House cleaning has been a passion of mine.I get joy giving customers a clean safe home. House cleaning is not just something anyone can do, deep cleaning requires a special skill.
