Would highly recommended! Am selling my house and was working on a super tight schedule. They were able to come out the next day not only to get me a quote but to perform the work. The yard was an absolute mess beforehand, but they were able to get it looking pristine again. Great job at a very reasonable price.
Details: Home • Just once • 1,000 - 5,000 sq ft • Standard (up to 6 in) • Bag and haul • No, I don't need to be there

Amazing team of cleaners. No corrections required. They have their own inspector after the clean. Always on time, fast, and great attitudes.
If you are running Airbnbs and are looking for a mix between a quality clean for your guest, while maximizing profit margins, then KCL is your company.

FAQs
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was 8 year’s old when I first started cutting grass and cleaning homes. As a child I love basketball, but growing up wasn’t so easy. We use to have basketball games and me my brothers and friends, use to bet money on games. So me and my brothers came up with a plan to do something we would love to do instead of betting our money. We invested in lawn gear and equipment to make us profit. That way we’re able to save. But as we got older now we own a lot of out of state property. I decided to invest in Landscaping again. Which is tuff then it was when I was a kid. But hard work pays off.
What types of customers have you worked with?
NFL players , Architects, Attorneys, Polices, Judges & etc. I’m very thankful to share the qualified skills my landscapers have.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had to lay sod it was a very tuff one. 8 to 9 hours 21ft and being just one man doing the job.
