- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the space, number of rooms/bathrooms, condition of the property, and the type of cleaning requested (standard, deep, or post-construction). We provide upfront estimates, but final pricing may vary slightly after assessing the condition of the space. Heavily soiled areas, excess buildup, or additional services may require an added fee. We offer discounts for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings). A minimum service fee may apply depending on the size of the job. Add-on services such as inside appliances, windows, or detailed cleaning are available for an additional cost. Our goal is to provide high quality, consistent service with no surprises just clear communication and reliable results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep our process simple and stress-free from start to finish. First, we gather a few details about your space, such as size, number of rooms or bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you need. Based on that, we provide an initial estimate. If needed, we may ask for photos or schedule a quick walkthrough to better understand the condition of the space and confirm final pricing. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule your service at a time that works best for you. Our team arrives on time, fully equipped, and ready to complete the job with attention to detail. After the cleaning, we make sure you’re satisfied with the results. For ongoing services, we can set up a recurring schedule to keep your space consistently clean. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality service with clear communication every step of the way.
