- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set $250 for concrete piers and $400 for steel piers. With some discounts available depending on job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is setting up an appointment to inspect home and let customer know exactly what they need. Setting a price and if customer agrees we schedule day to install. I will be part of project from start to finish what I promise will be achieved because I will be there from beginning to end of job completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working from the bottom from digging the holes to installing piers all the way to actually leveling and selling the product for a company in ft worth that has been in business over 22 years.
