FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is based off of square footage of the homes and offices we are painting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a free consultation where we will cover our process of work and stages of the project. Any questions our client has will be answered and measurements of the home will be taken. All quotes submitted will be in a line item format. This means there will be an individual cost for every aspect of work, walls, ceilings, trim etc. and this is for every room of the home or business. By submitting quotes in this fashion, it is very easy for our clients to understand and there is no guess work on where every dollar is going. It also will allow our clients to pick the bid apart as needed if they decide not to do the whole project. On the day of the job start the project manager, the crew leader and the client will do a walk through of the house so that all questions will be answered from the client as well as the painter so that everyone is on the same page of what needs to be done. This also allows the painter to better understand what our client is envisioning so that we may bring it to life for them the best we can. Once the meeting is over then the rest of the crew can come in and start the prepping for the work. As the project proceeds, our project manager will check on the progress and quality daily to ensure the project is going as planned and our client is happy and comfortable. After the project is completed, our project manager will walk through the home with our client to do a final check on the work and ensure our client is happy. If touch ups are needed, they can be scheduled at any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a painting contractor for seven years working for some renown companies as well as one of the top three companies in Dallas/Fort Worth. I have also completed training and product seminars through Sherwin Williams to gain knowledge of products and proper process of different finishes as well as proper tools to use. Before becoming a contractor, I worked as a crew leader for a high end remodeling company doing cabinet refinishing, custom faux finishing, texturing and custom painting. I started my career as a crew member doing residential repaints for a local company.
