- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I guaranty i going to give the best price possible, and do it the best quality job for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a meeting, and introduce myself. Then we would go over the job that needs to be, discuss expectations, take notes. I would explain to the client what I would be doing, give a verbal quote, give them my business card and go. Once quote is accepted we would sign a contract, (this protects us and the clients), and then the work would begin when scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all my training from on then job. I have been painting and doing repairs for both commercial and residential facilities for about 5 years.
