Moves by Francis was such a geat experience. He responded promptly and was very polite He had no problem tackling a job my daughter and I tried to do ourselves. He did explain that some damage was done to the product by us trying to do it ourselves. He quickly took it apart and started over. Thanks a lot I am one satisfied customer 😊

I cannot say enough about Francis! He and his associate, JD, were the most kind and helpful people. I needed assistance getting a sectional couch from the first to second floor. Reasonably priced, responsive, and best of all, so kind. Took great care of the house and belongings as they did the job. When they were here, I thought of the fact I needed a rug changed out under a bed. For a reasonable additional fee, they took care of that while they were here. I am so grateful and will absolutely reach out to Francis again in the future! I suggest you do, too :)
