- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes for instance fences are typically $23 to $29 a foot and 6' tall retaining walls are $88 a foot,seed is 0.75,sod would typically be $2.48 a square foot. For service calls such as a broken sprinkler head would be $100. rarely these things change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we would sign a contract this can be done with paper or via email I set dates and times and explain to them the process. I run a clean sight and safe site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to seminars and classes and conventions every year so that I am up to a date on all products and a new areas of work, also I am always talking to my vendors about price changes
