Jacques and his associate were VERY thorough. Easy to work with and hard workers. I had a lot of odds and ends to move and they took care of it seamlessly. I appreciated them being on time and keeping a great pace throughout the move. They really saved me.

Jacq was very quick in communication, he was on time, he did a great job with delivery, wrapped the furniture, brought it in, moved a few other pieces of furniture to accommodate the new piece. Through it all, he was friendly, courteous and willing to help. I will def be calling him again.

They responded quickly, price seemed fair, showed up early then wanted to leave to another job. Sounds like they double booked themselves. Hired to move washer and dryer from one apartment to the next. Taking down the stairs went well. They couldn’t get the washer back up the stairs. Had a dolly, but no straps so the washer slid off and slide down a few steps denting the side. They started to give up so I had to go help pull the dolly up the stairs while they pushed. Finally got it up, but in the meantime hurt my back really bad. I can hardly walk and in major pain every time I move. Been down all day ice and heat. Was really hoping for a better experience. I think the guys just need some more experience and proper equipment. I wish now I would have just spent the extra money for a different service.
