Discovery & planning – I gather any necessary information, review existing materials, and outline a clear approach with deliverables, milestones, and expectations. Proposal or action plan – I present a recommended solution, including scope, timeline, and any key decisions that need to be made before work begins. Execution – I complete the work while providing regular updates and checking in at important milestones to ensure everything stays aligned with your expectations. Review & revisions – You review the results, provide feedback, and I make any agreed-upon adjustments to ensure the final outcome meets your needs. Delivery & follow-up – I deliver the finished work and remain available to answer questions, provide guidance, or assist with future improvements if needed. Throughout the process, I prioritize clear communication, transparency, and responsiveness so there are no surprises along the way.
