- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather as much information as we can in regard to the needs of each customer individually. We tend to steer the conversation to a phone call as a quick quote can often result in unmet expectations for one or both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers are certified in every aspect of moving prior to ever going into the field. This includes, but is not limited to: prepping, truck loading, packing, piano, babygrand piano, grandfather clocks, and more. Less headaches for you means less headaches for us!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in college I started my career in the industry. I fell in love with the satisfaction of moving an entire family's life in a single day and the happiness that it brought when done well. It is addicting.
