I started my cottage bakery because of my love for baking. I've been baking since I was 5, making sugar cookies and cupcakes with my mother. However, I was thrown a curveball when I started a family of my own and we discovered that my son was allergic to milk. Working around this only made me love baking more. Figuring out how to give my son (and you!) the same experience, no matter what dietary restrictions you have, challenges me and makes me work even harder. Now my bakery has expanded, and I can make you just about anything, vegan or not!
