After searching for a chef to provide a special anniversary dinner for my wife, Chef Frazier proved to be that specific person. After our initial consultation, Chef assured me that my wife would love her carefully designed menu; it included upscale salmon croquettes as this would be her first time to try the fish. Upon tasting them, she fell in love, and now I have to duplicate the recipe from now on. We were extremely appreciative of the private service, professionalism, and thoughtfulness that he provided for our 6th anniversary which included our newborn. From the the expedient response time to providing tasty food, his services proved to be top notch and will be utilized in the future.
