Some would say I'm self taught and my response is I was taught by the best. One being my mother who was a trained chef, and my grandmother. I'm originally from Eastern North Carolina and I love bringing regional dishes I grew up with to Texas. I love trying new dishes, re-creating them, and add my spin to the dish.

Chef Fraiser was an excellent choice for my sister’s 50th bday party. The assistance with creating the menu was an awesome collaboration between me and Chef Fraiser (Awesome & easy process). He showed up on time, the communication was consistent and prompt. The food was indescribably delicious. He explain each course, ensuring that no one in the party would eat something they were allergic to. He was professional! The food was upscale and overwhelmingly amazing. Thank you Chef Fraiser for an amazing memorable 50th bday dinner! Try his shrimp and grits appetizer!

Chef Frasier was able to put a wonderful dinner together for my wife and sister-n-law for their birthday! Wow what a great experience, thank you🙏. Food was great and that bread pudding dessert was out of this world! I highly recommend! Well done Chef! My crew is happy.

From beginning to end everything was perfect! I wasn't sure what I wanted to do but he was patient and guided me through. I was beyond excited to try his food and he didn't disappoint. He was fun, professional and focused on his work. You could see he is passionate about his cooking. As he cooked he cleaned so his space was never a mess and he packed up quickly at the end leaving everything as he found it. Overall if I could give him all the stars I would. Too bad we live in miami if not I'll def use him more often for my parties!!!! Thank You 😊

Chef Blue, helped me create a surprise birthdays meal for my grandmother’s 80th. He walked me through the whole thing. He quickly responds and listens to what the client wants and what they don’t want. He tries to help you figure out the whole vision for your event. He was punctual, and the food was amazing. You can truly see that making food is a passion of his. Chef Blue and his staff did a remarkable job tyat evening and will forever be grateful for making my grandmothers birthday a special one. I highly recommend and would no doubt be using his services again in the future.
