I understand starting a fitness journey is hard whether that be loosing weight, gaining muscle, recovering from an injury, or maybe a little of all 3. I can guarantee results, you won’t have to kill yourself in the gym or do some extreme fad diet. We will figure out what works perfectly for you to get the best results with no bs in between. I currently hold 4 Certifications, 2 being specialties, all from NASM. Certified personal trainer, Nutrition coach, Physique and bodybuilding coach, and corrective exercise specialist.

I’ve been working with Dustin for a year, he helped me put on 8lbs of muscle, and drop 22 pounds (so far) of body fat. I had an issue with excess skin due from losing weight after kids. my skin also tightened up due to the muscle gain which was a huge plus! The knowledge I have. Gained about nutrition and training will last me a lifetime. I will continue working with Dustin not only, because he has a great personality and makes you feel welcome from the get go, but because he takes his job seriously and the results speak for themselves!
