I came to Shaq in need of a personal trainer. I’ve been in the gym since 2014 and I thought I knew it all when it came to weights. But that was never the problem, Shaq helped me become more discipline and actually paying attention to what I am putting into my body and that is the key. He helped me understand that weightlifting is only maybe 20-30% of the work and your diet really is the rest. Since I have been under the guidance of Shaq I have lost so far 35 lbs and I am not yet at my goal weight. He has taught me to trust in the process and he continues to check-in with me several times out of the week to make sure I am holding myself accountable. A slip up every now and again is normal but he is there to make sure you get back on the horse quickly after you fall. Shaq my guy💪
