Introduction: I have over 14 years of experience in the wellness industry as a personal trainer and health coach abs have helped hundreds of women become stronger, healthier, more confident versions of themselves. My mission is to help busy women live fuller, healthier, more confident lives through exercise and nutrition. I am vertices through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, weight loss specialist, womens fitness specialist, and exercise nutrition specialist. In addition, I am a certified health coach through Precision Nutrition and am certified in TRX, and kettle bell training.
I take a “whole wellness” approach to my training and coaching, meaning I strive to help my clients live healthier, fuller lives through sustainable lifestyles changes. Improvement in body composition, pain reduction, sleep, stress management, and health are my priorities. My goal is to have each client living their best life as their best self abs gain the knowledge and tools to do so.
Each workout and nutritional plan is specific to each client and their goals. We are all different with different challenges and strengths and my coaching reflects that. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to wellness. Each workout is different, using different modalities to achieve optimum results. I believe in long term changes and have a full wellness approach to my coaching, creating flexibility in diet while also creating the knowledge for lasting change. In person personal training: $70 per session. Cash discount of $5 per session.
Virtual health coaching:
$60 per week including one virtual meeting per week and access to the wellness app where you can view and check off your homework and message with me, log food.
Virtual training and coaching packages:
•2 workouts per week+health 1 virtual health coaching meeting per week, access to online app and accountability check ins. $85 per week
•3 workouts per week+health coaching 1 virtual check in meeting per week, access to online app and accountability check ins. $100 per week
•Event prep program for those who need to lose weight quickly for a vacation or big event. 3 workouts per week+1 weekly health coaching session+accountability check ins. $150 per week (recommend 3 minimum 3 month commitment)
