I am located in Fort Worth, TX but do virtual nationwide.
I love helping people become stronger, healthier, more confident versions of themselves. My mission is to help busy women live fuller, healthier, more confident lives through exercise and nutrition. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, weight loss specialist, womens fitness specialist, and exercise nutrition specialist. In addition, I am a certified health coach through Precision Nutrition and am certified in TRX, and kettle bell training.
I take a “whole wellness” approach to my training and coaching, meaning I strive to help my clients live healthier, fuller lives through sustainable lifestyles changes. Improvement in body composition, pain reduction, sleep, stress management, and health are my priorities. My goal is to have each client living their best life as their best self and gain the knowledge and tools to do so.
Each workout and dietary change is specific to each client and their goals. We are all different with different challenges and strengths and my coaching reflects that. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to wellness. Each workout is different, using different modalities to achieve optimum results. I believe in long term changes and have a full wellness approach to my coaching, creating flexibility in diet while also creating the knowledge for lasting change.
