I've experienced first hand how a healthy lifestyle can change your life. Exercise and proper nutrition are key to looking and feeling our best each day. Many times we have the desire, we just need that special person to direct us, and help us stay accountable and on track - Let me be that person for you! I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, a Personal Trainer certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Sports Nutrition certification through SCW Fitness Education. An encourager by nature, I enjoy seeing people reach their goals and feel their best! I'll be your go-to person for fitness & nutrition direction. We can complete daily fitness challenges and I'll review your nutrition log; making suggestions so you'll feel empowered the next time you are tempted to overdo it with food, or feeling a lack of motivation. She was able to work with my busy schedule. She has all different ways to handle a busy person's availability, which I really appreciated. Wohoo! She helped me achieve a loss of 2 pounds and 5.5 INCHES of unwanted fat, in a month. All by following nutrtition advice and resistance training.

    I continue to take classes, and attend workshops and events to keep my skills sharp and stay current with the latest studies and fitness information. I'm always seeking ways to deliver efficient workouts and helpful information to my clients to maximize their success.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I've always been intrigued by the human body and fitness, and for years I struggled to achieve my own fitness goals. I realized that there is no "cookie cutter" approach, and have enjoyed using my knowledge and experience to help people reach their individual goals. Encouraging others, creating workouts and motivating individuals has become a source of fulfillment in my life.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Choose a Trainer that you have a good connection with, and that challenges and inspires you - it'll keep you looking forward to the next session!
