Every journey begins with a free consultation. This is our chance to sit down, talk, and genuinely get to know one another to see if we’re the right fit. From there, we’ll dive into your current challenges and goals to get a clear picture of what’s needed to help you move forward. Together, we’ll develop a customized game plan based on your true starting point—no cookie-cutter programs here. Everything is tailored specifically to how you move and what you want to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 8 years. After spending time in a commercial gym setting, I transitioned to running my own business, where I’ve been independently training clients for more than 7 years. Outside of training, I’m deeply committed to continued growth and education. I regularly study new material, read books, and pursue advanced certifications to continually refine my skills and stay at the forefront of the industry. Here are a few of the certifications I’ve earned over the years: • Certified Personal Trainer – National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) • Certified Personal Trainer – Brookbush Institute of Human Movement Science • Corrective Exercise Specialist – NASM • Evidence-Based Nutrition Coach – NASM • Human Movement Specialist – Brookbush Institute
