Introduction: I provide private and exclusive, one-on-one sessions that can be conducted anywhere you feel comfortable training! Additionally, I even provide partner training that is fun and interactive. I have fully mobile equipment to cover all components needed to train you and reach your goals, and allow me to train you at your home, outdoors, and even in an apartment gym if you prefer. Due to the uncertain circumstances with the pandemic I’ve also taken the opportunity of converting my home’s space into a professional, clean, and personal rendition of my past facility! This gives me the unique opportunity to offer my services to someone who may not have the space for us to train at, or others who just may prefer a more professional setting for us to work through with virtually zero foot traffic compared to a traditional gym or studio. In turn, this lets us maximize our time and workouts together by providing a space with zero equipment compromises, gym interruptions, or having to wait or work around others! With my true passion and motivation for fitness and nutrition, I'm able to guide and teach you how to become the best version of yourself in a fun and educational setting with whatever your goals or needs may be! I've been extremely successful at achieving my clients' goals and surpassing their expectations of what a trainer should be. My program design is specifically tailored for you by assessing your movement and listening to you and your goals. I'll guide you with nutritional support and exercise science knowledge to help you understand everything we do each step of the way. I utilize a couple unique specializations, which allows me the ability to dive deeper into how your body moves to help you get back to moving freely to the best of our abilities and circumstances! My passion and true love for my work clearly shows during each session. My goal is to keep you inspired and motivated with my positive and outgoing personality, paired with my true drive to help YOU get where YOU want to be! I've had great success in all aspects of fitness, which range in terms of lean muscle mass, body fat reduction, proper nutritional and supplemental support, corrective exercise therapy, flexibility and more. I love showing my clients that their goals are achievable regardless of where they are today and what life has thrown at them, and I use my personal story to prove it. Fitness is truly my passion and has notably changed my life forever. I love translating my motivation and love for fitness to my clients and to see them progress and transition into the person they want to be inside and out! At birth I was diagnosed with a rare vascular disease in my right leg called Klippel-Trenaunay-Webber Syndrome (KTW for short). This disease has kept me in and out of the hospital mostly my whole life. K.T.W. is a syndrome that affects the development of blood vessels, soft tissues, and bones. This syndrome has some characteristic features: birthmarks called port wine stains, overgrowth of soft tissues and bones of the affected limb (hypertrophy), or in my certain case atrophy (underdevelopment), and vein malformations such as varicose veins or malformations of deep veins in the limbs. From this, I've had over five major surgeries on my right leg including an aneurysm, partial calf muscle removal (two separate times), tumor removals, and I even had my pectoral muscles completely scraped off the bone (another issue called “Pectus Excavatum”). I’m proud to say I’ve mostly overcome it all! I've had doctors tell me due to my circumstances that I would never be able to properly squat, sit or stand for excess periods without pain (which is true). Due to these trials and tribulations, I’ve been on every spectrum of the scale. I've gotten over 230 lbs., and all the way down to 115 lbs. (at 6’3!), so I can understand each sides' fights and frustrations completely. I deal with chronic pain every day of my life, and I've been prescribed every type of medicine you can think of. At one point I was prescribed up to 30 pills a day for pain management! I got off 99% of them by changing my lifestyle choices and incorporating a proper workout program and diet plan. I experienced over three years of physical therapy, which helps me emphasize with my clients and apply my personal experiences into my programming. I've had every excuse to quit working out to just lead a normal life and job but I REFUSE! I practice everything I preach to my clients every day to myself. I truly believe everything I've been through was for a reason and this is my purpose. I use my story to reach out to as many people as I can and show that anything is possible with hard work, dedication, and great support on your side.

Personal Training

Jason isn’t just another personal trainer that will train you for an hour then send you off, he legitimately cares about your personal growth. Dealing with depression and school-life obligations, it was difficult for me to be consistent with my overall fitness. Nevertheless, Jason was always patient and cordial to me. On a very busy schedule, he would check and follow up on my progress throughout the week. I felt that I had someone there that cared about my wellbeing and that made everything worthwhile. Jason’s personal story is heartwarming and proves that no matter what life obstacles are in the way, with hard work and dedication, goals can still be achieved. I look forward to training with Jason again in the near future.

I started working out with Jason a little over 4 months ago and I knew from the very first time we worked out that this was the right decision. I was coming out of a year long treatment for breast cancer and had weakened and had a loss of stamina. Jason is a professional that knows his craft he eased me into work outs and advanced them as I grew stronger. Jason knew my weaknesses and turned them into strengths. He has the experience and talent of an effective and very caring fitness trainer. He keeps workouts varied and interesting and fun! He has great energy and is very motivating. Beyond that Jason is a personable human being that I've come to enjoy spending time with. I highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer for whatever you needs may be.

Hiring Jason as my personal trainer was the best decisions I have ever made. He truly cares about helping you achieve your goals. I came into him with a horrible hunch in my back, and over the past 3 months he has done a tremendous job on helping me improve my posture. He makes sure that you know why you are doing the things your doing, and makes sure you’re doing them with the correct form to insure you are getting the most out of your workout. I have about 12 pounds more to go then I’ll hit that 100 pound down mark! He provides a comfortable environment, and does his best to make sure you enjoy your time working out! I give him a 10/10! He’s helped me gain my confidence back and I can’t thank him enough for it.

A mutual friend recommended Jason to me since I was looking to get my health and body in better shape. The friend was so adamant that I would love him, I had to give him a shot. I had never had a personal trainer and I never knew what I was doing in the gym. My lack of consistency and a ‘sit down all day’ job were preventing me from making any progress. Upon meeting Jason, I felt immediately comfortable. He talked to me about my goals and when I wasn’t sure about what to even aim for he helped me with that too. Right off the bat, he was holding me accountable, making sure I was tracking my food intake like I promised. Then, the training started. Honestly, I thought he would put through some kind of boot camp style training because that’s what I had always seen others do. But he did functional movement tests on me to understand what muscle groups were weak or tight and customized my program to me for every workout. We moved at the perfect speed to support what I was capable of at the time and he always made me feel positive about where I was in the moment. He is very reassuring and kind. He never judges and is totally supportive. He also listens to what you like and don’t like and adjusts accordingly. I have been working with Jason for just 3 months at 3x a week. I have seen such dramatic results!! I have lost 10% body fat. I hit my goal and lost 15 pounds (going from 158 lbs to 143 lbs at 5’8). I went from a medium-large shirt size to xsmall-small, from an 8-10 pant size to 6, and I recently wore a size 4 dress when I normally wore 8. I lost several inches in my hips and waist. Plus, I’m so much stronger and have better balance and stability. But the biggest difference I’m noticing is my body composition changing. My booty is lifted and my legs are losing excess fat. My arms and back are more defined too. I can’t express how grateful I am to Jason for all his help and dedication to my personal goals. I plan to work with Jason long term because I have benefited so much from all he has to teach. I have set new goals and can’t wait to see what the next few months will bring! I would recommend him to ANYONE looking to improve themselves!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My Home Facility Session Rates are $65/session. Due to me personally driving to each client I do have a small traveling premium to cover the time and expenses used to get to you. Traveling Session Rates are $90/session *Distances over 30 minutes may be subject to additional traveling fees.*

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The initial process always starts with an free consultation. The goal of this is for us to sit down and talk and truly get to know one another to see if we'd be an great fit. Next, we'll dive into your fights and frustrations to get a better understanding on what exactly I need to help with to get you to your goals. From this, we'll devise an game plan to achieve exactly what your looking to accomplish from your true starting point. There's no cookie cutter programming here. Everything will be completely tailored and personalized around how you move and your goals overall!

    I've been in the Health & Fitness field for over 6+ years now. I've worked in a commercial gym setting for over a year and have ran my independent business for just over 5 years now. My personal training certification is through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I have further specializations such as: - Evidence Based Nutrition Coaching (NASM) - Human Movement Specialist (Brookbush Institute of Human Movement Science) - Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM)
