Jason isn’t just another personal trainer that will train you for an hour then send you off, he legitimately cares about your personal growth. Dealing with depression and school-life obligations, it was difficult for me to be consistent with my overall fitness. Nevertheless, Jason was always patient and cordial to me. On a very busy schedule, he would check and follow up on my progress throughout the week. I felt that I had someone there that cared about my wellbeing and that made everything worthwhile. Jason’s personal story is heartwarming and proves that no matter what life obstacles are in the way, with hard work and dedication, goals can still be achieved. I started working out with Jason a little over 4 months ago and I knew from the very first time we worked out that this was the right decision. I was coming out of a year long treatment for breast cancer and had weakened and had a loss of stamina. Jason is a professional that knows his craft he eased me into work outs and advanced them as I grew stronger. Jason knew my weaknesses and turned them into strengths. He has the experience and talent of an effective and very caring fitness trainer. He keeps workouts varied and interesting and fun! He has great energy and is very motivating. Hiring Jason as my personal trainer was the best decisions I have ever made. He truly cares about helping you achieve your goals. I came into him with a horrible hunch in my back, and over the past 3 months he has done a tremendous job on helping me improve my posture. He makes sure that you know why you are doing the things your doing, and makes sure you’re doing them with the correct form to insure you are getting the most out of your workout. I have about 12 pounds more to go then I’ll hit that 100 pound down mark! He provides a comfortable environment, and does his best to make sure you enjoy your time working out! I give him a 10/10! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Session rates are flat rate at $65/session. Due to me personally driving to each client I do have a small traveling premium to cover the distance and time traveled get to and from you; in which the price is individually determined by those variables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The initial process always starts with an free consultation. The goal of this is for us to sit down and talk and truly get to know one another to see if we'd be an great fit. Next, we'll dive into your fights and frustrations to get a better understanding on what exactly I need to help with to get you to your goals. From this, we'll devise an gameplan to achieve exactly what your looking to accomplish. There is no cookie cutter programming here. Everything will be completely tailored and personalized around your body, goals, limitations, and most importantly: YOUR movement!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm Certified through the National Academy of Sports medicine with specializations of Evidence Based Nutrition Coaching, Human Movement Science, and Corrective Exercise Training.
