- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a wide of options from in person sessions to FaceTime sessions to online training options. I also have monthly workout programs that people can download directly from my website so I can accommodate any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off with a fitness assessment and health history to see what your fitness level is and if there are any current physical limitations that we need to train around. I want to make sure I have a complete understanding of what your goals are so I can set up a customized program that meets your specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in anthropology and 7 certifications in the field of fitness, yoga, and nutrition
