- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personally I charge $70 per 50 minute session and $40 per half hour. One on One has a $55 monthly fee or $88 for a couple, no contract. My trainers vary.. The range is $60-$75 for a 50 minute session and $35-$45 for a half our. We have a student rate of $25 for 16-24yr olds and no monthly for 15 and under. Initial members have the option for a three month $144 dues with a couple being $244. We also offer a full year paid for $605, you save $50 or $986 for a couple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted by the potential client we ask a series of questions to better understand what they are looking for. Through this, we will find out if One on One will be a good fit or not. If so, then we would have them stop by and take a tour of our facility then make some decisions on moving forward with a trainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every two years I have continuing educational credits for my ACE certification.
