Everything was good except they couldn’t keep trainers for some reason. Then after my bad car accident they wouldn’t refund me for my services and trainer they had was never available when I was off work so basically I lost money on 6 or 7 sessions training with them. The 2 trainers Romeo and Tristan whom I did work with were great though.

I always look forward to my workout sessions with Justin! One of my best investments in shaping my personal health. 🤘He is always punctual/flexible, offers constructive feedback and highly encouraging. I am unfamiliar with weight lifting and the gym equipment it encompasses - Justin is able to break down the pertinent information and make me feel at ease. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous to start seeing a personal trainer and couldn’t help feeling intimidated walking into this gym for the first time. I’ve been working with Justin for over 6 months now and It’s really the best decision I’ve ever made. The whole staff there is extremely friendly and will jump in to give you advice/tips on whatever you may be struggling with. We loved it so much we just signed up for another 6 months to work with Justin. I recommend Rippd fitness to everyone I know and if it’s your first time ever seeing a personal trainer you found the right place to start.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    As a professional trainer I understand that each person has their own individual goals and are on their own fitness journey. I will assess each person individually to ensure you get put on a detailed program designed for your wants and needs. I use Cardiac zones to determine where each client needs to be for fat loss and muscle gain. I believe in teaching clients the "why" behind everything we do because people work harder when they truly understand the benefits of each exercise.

    I have worked with many types of clients such as overweight, elderly, athletes, diabetes, heart conditions, as well as pre/post rehabilitation.
