I just recently had my initial consultation with Justin. He was very thorough in explaining his training style and philosophy. He even did an initial workout with me, at no charge. I am a novice at lifting weights. Justin was very clear in explaining the equipment and what muscle groups were being targeted. They should let you choose all attributes because value and punctuality are on point also. I just started working with Justin and what I can honestly tell you is that the guy cares deeply about your health. He wants to see you succeed. Justin is not a trainer that is just trying to get through the hour to simply move to the next client. Justin is engaged with you individually. I have major knee issues and Justin has worked with me to keep me safe yet he uses his knowledge and resources to find alternatives that’s good for me. Once you start working with him you’ll feel like you’ve known him forever and is one of those people in life that you can talk to on a deeper level. Other things I like about Justin: 1. He is extremely motivating during your workout. He constantly encourages you. 2. He expects you to come in and work hard but he’s not going to kill you in your first couple of sessions. He allows time to build you up. 3. He’s constantly thinking about ways to improve your workout or to get more out of. It. It seems like every session I hear Justin say, “you know, I’ve been thinking...” then he lays down the nugget. 4. He provides super clear instructions and demos what he wants you to do. He is meticulous on doing the exercises correctly. Along those lines, he wants you to know exactly what muscle or muscle groups your targeting. 5. He gives constant feedback during the training session. 6. He will ask you about your diet! 7. He leads out in front. When you meet him you’ll understand what I mean. I can honestly say that I feel blessed to have connected with Justin. I’m excited for my future because I have a great training and fitness coach in my corner.Sep 23, 2019Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?As a professional trainer I understand that each person has their own individual goals and are on their own fitness journey. I will assess each person individually to ensure you get put on a detailed program designed for your wants and needs. I use Cardiac zones to determine where each client needs to be for fat loss and muscle gain. I believe in teaching clients the "why" behind everything we do because people work harder when they truly understand the benefits of each exercise.
