I specialize in kettlebell training, functional strength, mobility, and balance, while honoring that true wellness goes beyond physical fitness. Melissa is an incredible trainer for your body, mind, and soul. She carefully listens and makes achievable goals while still being challenging. I’ve noticed a difference in my body and mood since beginning training with her, and I can’t wait to continue. She has equipment for multiple styles of training, and even offers reiki (an incredible option on days when you feel mentally blocked). Highly recommend!
