I will custom design a comprehensive workout program for you or your group to help you reach your goals. I specialize in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts, body weight, endurance, balance and mobility training. I'm in a private studio so each session is personal/intimate for each individual; however small group and online training packages are available too. I take a lot of pride in helping people feel comfortable in their journey to be more active and I do not approach personal training with a "drill sergeant" mentality. I will push you mentally and physically and help to hold you accountable, and give you some guidance with nutrition to get you on the right path to physical and mental wellness. I want you to be the best version of YOU! I love to help people feel good about themselves in whatever aspect that may be. Being a personal trainer is rewarding for me because I know the value of self confidence. I hired Shelby to help me to get more in shape and be healthier. She does such a great job. She is so friendly and I enjoyed each session we have had. She listens to what I enjoy doing and helps to create workouts that fit those more enjoyable exercises. She has helped me to get into a workout routine and see noticeable results. I would definitely recommend Shelby.

Shelby was amazing - she has a positive attitude and challenged me just the right amount. She was always on time and has a super easy app to schedule or cancel appointments. The gym is private and I felt comfortable training with her alone. I lost inches off my waist (and my behind) after 60 days. She also took before/after pics, measurements and sent me healthy meal ideas and follow-up instructions on workouts by myself. I highly recommend her. She is an amazing trainer and person!

Shelby is awesome! We just started our sessions and I am very happy. She has mapped out a personal plan that is going to fit my very hectic lifestyle. I have had a hard time figuring out how to get back into shape after having my son over a year ago. It's hard to schedule fitness into my days most of the time. Shelby is willing to be flexible with my appointments...it's perfect. I have equipment/weight bench at home that I had know idea how to use. She showed me how to use them and has designed my plan around them. I am so pumped!!! She has the best energy, I feel really confidant working with her, and I know that I will be able to reach my goals with her assistance.

Shelby was amazing! We worked out twice a week. She showed me how to effectively work out with out fancy equipment and a gym. When my son was home from school she came to my house for the workouts. It was so much fun my 7 year old would join in every once in a while. she worked with me on my form so I wouldn't injure myself and showed me some really good at home work outs which are great for stay at home moms that can't go to the gym every day. I would say my overall experience was awesome! Shelby makes the work out fun and really motivates you to do more and push yourself. I started out being able to do 2 push ups and after 5 weeks can do 13! I would recommend her to anyone!
