First, he arrived when he said he would and was always in communication with me to let me know when to expect him. I value this of anyone that I hire as I try to be the same in the service industry that I am in. Secondly, he is very knowledgeable about the work I hired him to do in our house. He knew right away what needed to be done and didn't waste any time jumping in. Lastly, he came in worked diligently and swiftly. I did not witness any wasted time or standing around. This was much appreciated. Overall, Luis did a great job and I am planning on hiring him again for other work around the house.

We needed a handyman for two tasks. First, paint a thin long crack on the ceiling with white sealant. Second, attaching a rail for hanging art against the fireplace wall.
For the projects, he used his own ladder. His ladder was safer and more purpose-built than ours.
Luis finished the ceiling task neatly and in a few minutes. No more visible cracks.
The second task was harder. The fireplace had a tile wall. He had to align the rail with the edge of the wall. Luis had to screw the rail into the ceiling. It looks tidy and the artwork hangs securely.
Beyond his professional methods, Luis communicates well. I highly recommend Luis.
