My painting days over after finding J&R. I needed them to fix all of my kitchen cabinet mistakes, i.e. applied the wrong paint failed to sand and prime properly. They erased all of that and did a great job. They also repainted a wall in the front room that was outdated. We are very pleased with the results.

My daughter selected this company to paint her interior and they did an EXCELLENT job. The team completed walls, ceilings and baseboards, including doing two accent walls. At the end of the job, we were able to walk around and point out any changes that we wanted. Their prices were better that other companies. Raul was very responsive and helpful and knowledgeable. I could tell by his attention to detail that he knew the business quite well. We had two large areas that sheet rock had to be repaired and had 5 common rooms painted (not the cupboards). They came in, moved everything to the center of the room, enveloped everything in plastic, repaired the sheet rock and painted ceilings, walls and trim in two and a half days. Their crew was wonderful, hard working and professional. I certainly would recommend them for any drywall repair and painting

We will do a breakdown of prices below but I will encourage you to read the information on the link above.
-Popcorn Removal is $2-$3 per square foot, depending on the level of difficulty.
-Texture application or smooth ceilings are an option too $1-$2 per square foot, depending on the conditions of the drywall, how much repairs need, if there's water damage, drywall patches, etc.
-Painting $2 (Take into consideration that $1 is dedicated to primer, primer is the key to a long-lasting finish.

We believe listening and communication are the key when we are meeting new possible clients.
When we listen to their needs and expectations, then we know what we need to do.
Also, we always like to share with them about our professional process regarding Popcorn Removal, when we communicate, they will have a better perspective on what needs to be done so they can make the right choice for their needs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was all after the very first project of Popcorn removal.
What a difference we were able to achieve on the ceilings, by removing the Popcorn and applying a Knockdown texture, and some white flat paint finish from Sherwin Williams.
Besides the value that the property gained, our clients were so happy!
