- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are transparent.... no hidden fees. The price we provide is the only price you will pay. We are also very competitive and making sure you're not paying too much to capture memorable moments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule an initial phone meeting with every client to make sure we are providing the services our clients expect. Our clients are also provided a their assisted photographer's cell number and email to make sure they have complete access to their photographer in case they have any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our team members have traveled internationally and domestic to take photos for different occasions. We also have 2 editors on staff and a marketing consultant.
