To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to highly recommend Norberto and the team at 1st Class Pro Roofing.Recently, I had Norberto come out to inspect my roof, which is now ten years old. Rather than trying to sell me on unnecessary, expensive replacementsas some companies mightNorberto was completely honest. He thoroughly assessed the roof and let me know that everything was still in great shape, with the sole exception of the ridge cap.The customer service and turnaround time were excellent. Norberto gave me a very reasonable price for the repair and returned just the next week to complete the job. 1st Class pro Roofing installed a new roof on my mothers home recently, and they did an outstanding job! We were very impressed with the quality of service they provided from start to finish. The sales representative, Mike, listened to my mothers vision in terms shingle color she preferred, and he provided her with a perfect match. He explained the process in detail and was very good at communicating throughout.On the day of installation, Project Manager mike and Crew Leader Carlos were fantastic at ensuring everything was operating smoothly. The installation was completed in a day, and we couldnt be happier with the result!

They advocated for us and ensured everything was handled properly.During the roof replacement, they also identified additional issues underneath the shingles that we werent aware of and took care of them right away.
