Robert P. says, "I was impressed by Matthew Edwards ability to communicate clearly and sustinctly. He stated his price, availability, and plan of action. Then he performed as promised. He showed up very promptly and worked diligently. He tried every thing he could think of to get my old computer to open up. He explained how computers get too full and start doing weird things. Nothing worked. He then asked if he could take it to his lab and see if there was anything else that could be done. The next day he said he had tried, but the problem seemed to be in the motherboard; and to fix it would cost more than a new computer. So, I asked if he could help me find a replacement, and he did. While his suggested computer looked OK, I spent some time trying to check out other options. None looked better, so I bought the one he suggested. Matthew gave me very professional help, spent extra time trying to get the old one working, and was pleasant and professional. I would gladly use him again and recommend him to others.
