I wanted to check all 5 items that I liked about working with On the Spot but it only allowed 3. They were wonderful. Vincent was running a few minutes late, and he notified us that he would be late. Honestly, he arrived only about 10-15 minutes late. He did a great job cleaning our chimney and the price was very reasonable. The appointment was scheduled easily and I was contacted within 5 minutes of requesting an appointment. It was a great experience.
