- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our pricing consistent with local and national standards ie: Angis, Homewyse and Home Advisor are some of the metrics we use to gauge pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s good to start slow. Establish a clear and practical need and that establishes a scope of work and budget. Once all the details and expectations are lined up everything else should follow. Obviously for larger repairs or installations, always use a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mostly on the job and workplace training. My background is in both the production and business but I am always constantly learning and trying to better my craft.
