My wedding was on August 8th 2015. Mr. Webb was very professional, did very thing i asked and need and even a little more. He was within my budget and i would definitely recommended him to anyone that need an Officiant.

Wonderful officiant! Phillip was very punctual and well prepared enough to work with any situation. He even knew a lot of vendors in the industry. He wasn't afraid to keep everyone on task and always kept poised and professional. Everyone had a great time and all of the guests I've since talked to felt the wedding was a success.

Serendipity will always offer a low price for any services we offer. Quotes given for any services we offer are negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After accepting our quote, we like to meet with the customer in a mutually agreeable location to discuss their needs and develop their ceremony or event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Phillip Webb is a paralegal and a marketing consultant by trade, therefore he can organize and coordinate any event. He has also been a minister and music minister for several years and has performed numerous wedding ceremonies, and provided entertainment (DJ or live) at various wedding receptions and events.
